I was so excited to start using it but first use and the blade cut into the side wall and stopped! Company reached out and tried to stop me from returning product and lie about why I was returning it. Definitely will not order again!

VIP shipping (2-4 days) took over a week. Obviously was used and returned. Filthy! Hair, crumbs, greasy finger prints. Damaged; scratches and dings all over. So disappointed. Second one l've ordered. And now been a month since first order and still don't have one I can use. Wouldn’t suction to the counter either. Sucks bc I really want to get a quality one and use it, I like the idea of the product but want an unused one.

grater would scraping the plastic. Tried to return, the company told ne cancel the return and they would just send me a new one. After not receiving a replacement I followed up. Was told was already delivered and gave me the original deliver. Now the aren’t sending it, it too late to get a refund.

Terrible! I’m missing parts the bottom is dirty and some of the warning stickers have been taken off some of the blades which leads me to believe that it has been used! How sad! I thing the people that sell this should be ashamed of this type of business practices!

I was so excited for this, but the right handle button doesn’t work, the lock dial is dirty with multiple fingerprints and I believe this was a return that was sent back out to another customer.

Functionality: Poor! The knob to secure to the counter is nearly impossible to twist Durability: The suction cup bottom does not suction cup to the counter if u do by chance get it to grip it’s not a sucker grip it still slides around and moves all over the place, if your only trying to do a small amount of items it’s difficult to keep them in place… I tried to make cucumber slices for pickles using only one cucumber to see if it would work even though I couldn’t get the base to secure to the counter top, not once did I get a full circle slice everything was partial or shredded instead of sliced

Bought this product and it became deformed following dishwasher use. Customer service contacted me and sent me a new product free of charge. It is a great product to use and is a staple in my prep for cooking. Company definitely values customer feedback and I look forward to purchasing more from them. *Beware when putting in dishwasher*
