I would have avoided this review BUT, I have reached out to mellow every way I could find and their customer service apparently doesn’t care. I got the pillow in the mail 2 days ago after waiting 2 weeks. It has a hole in the side where stitching was missed. I love the fluff though!

And there is a little problem with the little square threads and my ears at times. But it is the softest and coolest pillow I have purchased as of yet! I do love it and right now I keep it near my head and have it in rotation.
