I try my best to eat "clean" and the olive oil I had used came in a plastic bottle, which is bad, plus I couldn't tell whether it was 100% Olive Oil from a particular region. I have purchased both the Limited ( which I now have on subscription) and the Premium Governor's olive oils. I think the premium oil is probably more to my liking as it is buttery with less of the peppery finish ( although I am aware that the peppery finish indicates a higher presence of the polyphenols that make the olive oil healthy). I will consume BOTH in the course of the day as a topping for an English muffin and as a dressing for our nightly greens and tomato salad. You have a fantastic product here! I am so glad to patronize a company that puts out a superior product.

Just wondering. When I get to the bottom of my governors bottle. I’m disappointed that I can’t completely pour out the last few tablespoons of the the bottles’ content. The design of the bottles’ unmovable cap is such that it blocks the last valuable drops of whatever is left when one reaches the last servings contained in the bottle. Simply put, it won’t pour or shakeout. Your product is top shelf and customers pay for that reality and the quality of the governors olive oil. Let’s not waste a drop. Thank you.
