I've been looking for the seasoning from takeout seafood boils and I think this is close. Add some fresh chopped garlic & unsalted butter - literally perfect. I did a small batch to see and spiciness it's about 7/10. I did add potatoes & corn on the side. Both absorbed the seasonings
This was actually fire , I hope or maybe there is a spicy one , but overall flavor was good … I did touch up a little with some old bay and lemon but it was good and will buy again
