I’m still in the middle of my 1st bad and so far, so good! I make a protein shake in my blender and add this in right before blending. It’s a great companion to the whey protein I also add. I recommend mixing or blending this product immediately, if you don’t it can get slimy in your drink and hard to dissolve. Thats one reason I blend it in a blender. Once you get the hang of mixing it in, you’re golden 👌🏼

I have tried various collagen powder several times and I always have an issues either gastrointestinal effects or headaches or can’t take the taste. Only this one so far I have zero issues and I like how easy to blend and enhance the flavor of morning coffee intake. As for the results, can’t say much as I just finish the first 1 lb packet for 25 days. Looking forward to good results in coming months- maybe will update this review by then. All in all good product, I like it, works for me. Hoping for 2 or 5 lbs availability so I don’t have to order every 1/2 months.
