I have noticed a real difference in my nail growth and thickness. They do not peal as much as before. As for my hair, I feel like the thinning has subsided. Not necessarily getting thicker but really has stopped thinning. Joint health was my number one reason for purchasing collagen and although I'm not sure whether to credit the collagen for reducing joint pain, I'm happy some pain has subsided. I will give Beam Collagen credit for that as well. :-)
