It is ethically harvested in its natural ocean environment and dried without the use of chemicals, artificial agents, preservatives, or pesticides. It is handpicked, then hung to air dry naturally, preserving its nutrients and other beneficial properties

To make your own SEA MOSS GEL at home, simply wash 2-3 times to get rid of any salt or debris. Soak the dried moss for 12-24 hours in water then rinse and blend in a high-speed blender with fresh water. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months 

Recommended Consumption: Adults: 1-2 Tablespoons daily. Children: 1-2 Teaspoons daily over 2yrs.
