I love this product, been taking it for the past 3 months now. However my last order was a disaster. The bottle was exploded in the box on its way to me, smh… I’m giving it 3 stars because of the package exploding but the product is good despite the taste.

I've recently started using Black seed oil. At first, i would only take it from time to time just to see how my body would react to it, but it was too strong for me. Now, I've seemed to have adapted myself to it, and i take it regularly. At first, i would only buy Egyptian black seed oil, because it was the only option that i found in the stores near me, and i also had no idea about the Ethiopian black seed oil. I've heard about this brand and the TQ lvl, and i really wanted to try it out. When i received my first bottle, i was really surprised with the taste, because i know when i taste quality. I instantly knew that this oil was more potent than the previous ones i had. I've also been able to see a change in my body. i feel better everyday when taking this oil. i have more energy, and it is also very good when applied to the skin or on my hair. Not too long after ordering my first bottle, i've ordered a second bottle, and this time when i received it, i had a problem. The bottle was damaged at the bottom of the glass, and it was leaking. I then contacted the Bionatal's support team, and they were very nice, and comprehensive. I've been able to receive a full refund, and i reordered right away. So if anyone was to have a problem with an order, i highly suggest to contact their support team right away, and i am confident that they will make sure to resolve the issue quickly. I highly suggest this company, because of the quality of their product, and because the customer support is very good.

I contacted the seller about the package arriving damaged and left in the USPS cart at my front door. I requested a refund and suggested that a claim be filed against USPS for the damaged package. It wasn't the seller's fault or mine either. The seller declined my refund. Photos were sent.

Love the product but packing sucks. I ordered two bottles and one broke from the bottom and spilled over the whole box. USPS wrapped it with a "we care Label" and delivered it anyway. At least I had one bottle cause I was almost out and as I said I like this product.

Product works. However, I would not want to order this vendor. I ordered three bottles which costed $275 upon delivery. My bottles had been bagged by Postal Service for leaking Product and glass. Pictures were provided to the vendor which clearly showed damages. Vendor does not want to refund.

think this is a great product, my pain is slowly going away, I still have pain but at lease it’s slowing down, I have a severe injury, open wound on lower left leg that’s been with me the pass four years, I’m seeing 4 different doctors this open wound was due to a blood clot, and me doing Head stand poses to rid the ones I had in the lungs, not easy, I work in a 30 below freezer loading trucks with a forklift, and now I’m back in the gym every day after work I’m now taking the Celtic sea salt, Shilajit, sea moss and the black seed oil too, so thankyou very much I may need to stay stocked on your product Attachted you will find a picture of what this wound look like

I take it inside a pill capsule since you know its oil. I dont like the taste of it. I Been taking it for 2 weeks and its helping with my bloating and digestion. I also use it topically on my scalp to help promote hair growth ( let's see if it helps) overall it's think is a great product.

Very horrible customer service gave me the wrong item and on top of that asked for an exchange and was told they don’t even have the tall bottle and yet are still promoting it when it’s not in stock and they’re not the same item because there is a price difference!
