I really like the lower calories and higher proteins of this flour, that was my main purpose for purchasing it. Last night I made a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with it, and it was SO good! There is a slight difference in texture and taste from all purpose, flour, light and nutty are the descriptions I would use to the cooked dough, it was delicious, you’ll get used to it! I really enjoyed it! I feel like it was healthier, and beneficial, and worth the purchase, recommended📈

This was the best starter! I was able to bake the next day just like what the instructions say. Highly recommended. I made 5 loafs of sourdough bread already and still going strong. I couldn’t be happier🥰. Thank you

I tried doing a gluten free sourdough starter a couple years ago and got frustrated and quit… I decided to give it another try and Benny has been flourishing! I have already made 4 loaves of bread two with inclusions and he has not disappointed. I named him Dumbledough because he truly is magical!
