I really like the lower calories and higher proteins of this flour, that was my main purpose for purchasing it. Last night I made a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with it, and it was SO good! There is a slight difference in texture and taste from all purpose, flour, light and nutty are the descriptions I would use to the cooked dough, it was delicious, you’ll get used to it! I really enjoyed it! I feel like it was healthier, and beneficial, and worth the purchase, recommended📈

Sooo this starter is amazing. It only took like 4 days to wake up and be ready after I received it in the mail. My first loaves were perfect. And even after sitting her in the fridge for 5 weeks untended (shoutout to adhd) she woke right up in 2 days and is already into dough!
