I tried a dehydrated starter from someone else and it didn’t work, could have been user error. But not with Eve! She came right back to life, with a vengeance! lol this was the first time I’ve done this at all and with the step by step directions it was very easy!! I made my first loaf today!!!

Followed the instructions and Eve was ready to bake with day 5! She doubles easy in 4 hours! Thank you! I tried making my own starter for over a month and it would only double within 24 hours and wasn’t strong enough to bake with after my first loaf fail. Eve comes out perfect everytime!

The bag was sealed filled up to the top. The taste of it was so good Crunchy once toasted with butter for a dubai dessert. I would purchase this again recommend 👌

10/10 definitely recommend, I made my first loaf yesterday and it was so good! Everyday it always doubles usually triples and it’s very bubbly. I got 5gs, and was scared it wasn’t gonna work but it showed activity right away I used 100g starter 390 g of water 510g all purpose flour and 10g of salt!!

I put 5 grams of the dehydrated starter in my starter that wasn’t rising and 5 days later, my starter was doubling!

This was the best starter! I was able to bake the next day just like what the instructions say. Highly recommended. I made 5 loafs of sourdough bread already and still going strong. I couldn’t be happier🥰. Thank you

I tried doing a gluten free sourdough starter a couple years ago and got frustrated and quit… I decided to give it another try and Benny has been flourishing! I have already made 4 loaves of bread two with inclusions and he has not disappointed. I named him Dumbledough because he truly is magical!
