This was perfect to create my husband’s keto friendly birthday cake! I added chopped Quest peanut butter cups and grated Lindt dark chocolate but the frosting tastes great even without the additives. Perfect for a low carb and sugar free celebration.

Well, almost... it's definitely the closest I've found. Has that wonderfully fluffy- yet "sugary"- consistency of regular icing, with great flavor too! Just make sure it's room temp for optimum enjoyment.
