Item: Black, 4-Pack
Item arrived in a box that was damaged with someone else’s previous label. Straps were used before and we received an order that someone returned. Rubber is missing and straps are dirty. Extremely disappointed as I didn’t open this box before I gave it to my husband for Christmas and he opened it.

Box was suspiciously light. Upon opening, the only thing inside was the drawstring bag, NO RATCHET STRAPS INSIDE. Box was terribly beat up and covered in thick clear packing tape, presumably to hold it together. Absolutely unacceptable. Requesting a refund immediately.

Order Received - Ordered a 4 pack and only received (3). Box was delivered and one end was all taped up. Was wrapped for a Christmas gift and when was opened - there was one missing.

Items arrived in damaged box that has obviously been opened and taped back. The straps are used and dirty. Box shows there is suppose to be 4 inside and there is only 3 and they are mixed match. This is suppose to be a Christmas gift 😣

This is the 2nd set of 4 pack I ordered. 1st set got quickly & everything was in the box. The 2nd set I ordered was a 4 pack set & I received an empty box that had been damaged & taped back together & the box was completely empty other than the bag you carry them in. Now waiting on a refund.

The product is fine, but I bought this as a Christmas gift and they sent me an opened, ripped apart box with the product falling out of it. The box was packed in a shipping bag, so it doesn’t seem like it was done in transit, it definitely seems to have been shipped like that.

The box it came in was ripped open on the side, extremely damaged. Product was dirty, almost looked used. Not sure on the actual function of the product because it’s supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very dissatisfied with the delivery, especially for the cost of it.

Item box came damaged. The box was missing one whole end like it was ripped off. I only received one ratchet strap and a bag in the box. This was supposed to be a gift. I am very disappointed in this company. I will be sending what I received back!

The straps seem like they are are good quality, but I don't understand the packaging. I ordered this set and another set. They came separately & both times these heavy boxes were sent in the thinnest plastic bags. This box was destroyed. Disappointing when it's a Christmas gift. 😒

Packaged only in plastic envelope, so merchandise arrived work corners smashed and damaged. Had it been sent in a box, it may have fared better.

The shipping time was great. The product doesn’t seem to be damaged due to being shipped in a UPS bag. As you can see the box got pretty banged up and part of the box came off. That’s my only concern with this purchase.
