I liked the brushes which I finally received today. I want to share some delivery experience in Australia. The third party courier services were extremely frustrating. On 30th Nov I received an update that the parcel got custom clearance in Australia . Since then it was 21days I have not received any tracking update from courier company. The parcel was sitting at some unknown warehouse and I have raised several complaints , made so many calls to customer service but got no response from them. Atlast I assumed I have lost my BkBeauty parcel which was worth 921$. I was very much upset and before giving up, I travelled 50km to the courier collection depot and yes it was not one time. I went there three times and managed to get this bkbeauty parcel in the end. Because of this horrible delivery experience I would rather think 10 times before purchasing anything from BkBeauty. If anyone of you are reading this review , I would recommend BkBeauty to avail the courier service from AustraliaPost which is much more reliable. All the other third party courier service in Australia are very poor and courier guy does not even bother to take out the parcel from the van and marks the parcel delivery as ‘attempted delivery-none at home’, even though someone was there at home. Now its customer’s responsibility to drive to a collection depot which is far away from home. Some of the courier website has virtual chat bot only and no human is there to actually provide any customer support.

My new collection of essentials face, essential eye and precision collection are absolutely fantastic! Very impressed with the quality and precision that it offers. As a beginner, the only thing I could request is that the name be placed on the brush itself, not just the number. Learning to use each brush for what it’s made to do is my goal. But I find myself going back to refer to the name on the box. Please add the names for us Amateurs! Is definitely a must!!

Beautiful brushes, apply makeup beautifully I especially love the foundation brush. Only con was the brushes arrived with a really unpleasant smell like a strong plastic-y manufacturing smell, but after washing the smell was gone!
