Been using this particular brand of vitamin D for like 6 or so months and I like it! It's one of the only ones I could find on tik tok shop that was 3,000 units which is what I recently had been switched to because 2,000 units was not raising my level to where my doc wanted it. I love that they are tiny little gel caps I can't stand taking pills with no coating.

It comes in A plastic bottle with a screw on the Effectiveness: I think this is very effective for for getting things moving and keeping them moving. Definitely feel better after being on it for a week.. Taste: It’s a capsule you don’t taste anything unless you chew it. Ease of Use: Open the bottle, pop one in your mouth and drink it down with water or whatever liquid you want.
