Not sure what it is about these jackhammers, but there's one body of water that I fish where NO other chatterbait gets bit. Put a spunk shad on the back and its light's out all year long. Had one day right before New Year's with 3 fish over 6 lbs. Cloudy and windy in TN with cold water, but the big ones wanted the jackhammer!

I mainly use the EVO Chatterbait. The Evo hands down catches fish in any situation. I decided to try a jack hammer and to me they are situational. They hunt which I like in more open water or scattered grass. They don’t come through thick grass as well as the EVO.
