Then I received the original tree ordered that was lost by FedEx, so I had two trees. Since the one had a defect, they told me to just keep both trees. The seller went above and beyond with communication with me, and they took care of my issues immediately. I give them five stars alone for their customer service. The tree is pretty and it is a hard plastic. Because of this, there is no shedding and my cats don’t want to eat it. lol
