Won't move off the main screen. The one time it did was glitching so bad couldnt get game to start to even play. Was a Christmas gift and cant be played with a nearly 25$ paper weight and a highly disappointed little girl..

This doesn’t match product description. The sound quality is horrid. The control functionality is not the best. You go to choose to do something and it doesn’t select. It’s just too confusing for a child or adult. Which sucks bc this was a Christmas present for my 6 year old

Really good graphics for what it is . Nice lcd screen. Buttons are right on. No lag what so ever. Tons of games. You can watch movies with sc card videos . Comes with charger . Can even hook it up to your tv if you got aux cord to use and long enough. I got the bigge model X13S volume works great .

Package in a plastic bag with No info of items being fragile or glass screens...box is smashed all in and has holes were something pierced the box but the bag shipped in is not pierced with holes which makes me believe that it was damaged before it got shipped

So I purchased this for my godson when it arrived today, so I opened it up just to test it out first thing I noticed that it did not come in Christmas wrapping box as expected. It’s all black when I try to turn on and start a game just to see if it will work. It’s not working. I am highly disappoint

Bought as didn’t get to try it out product looks good overall, haven’t turned it on it’s for my nephew who’s 11 I’m sure he’ll enjoy it. Took about a week to arrive came with a few other things I ordered. I really like the way the package the item.

First of all taking these out the package the screen has scratches on it so I’m already annoyed. I purchased two and they both came in like this. Second only one came in with the aux cord. Trying to load up the first game and nothing is happening.

I was expecting a lot more games, with better graphics like shown in the video but I guess it’s good for a young child’s disposable game. 🤷🏻 I ordered the “wrapped box” but it would have been great if they wouldn’t have stuck stickers in Mandarin on the outside. Gotta love Chinese instructions.
