I give 5 stars for the simple fact I have this one wrinkle on my forehead and after wearing this silicone patch, the wrinkle disappeared, but of course it reappeared after I moisturized. It did me good though. Just lather a little face wash to clean and let air dry and IT’S BACK STICKY
