Ordered because I’m a fan of the old formula, tasted and performed great. There was clumping, which I fully expected and did not mind, but the powder appeared to have a wet, sticky, heavy yellow appearance to it. Made me sick to my stomach for the past month, heads up to other buyers.

Overall the best pre workout that I have used in years. I have taken several others which were really intense but then eventually banned. For energy, it gives you great energy, fast reacting after you consume it. When you want to get a late day pump session in, it doesn't keep you awake when going to sleep. Intense focus from the start after consuming. My first few times, I would take half a scoop to tolerate it, and on late day sessions (8-10 p.m.) I would try 1/4 of a scoop just to make sure I did not get stuck awake at bedtime. Eventually I was able to up to 1/2 a scoop late days, and a Full scoop in the morning to midday hours. The boost it gives is excellent and strong. My reps were able to stay continuous with 1-2 minute rests between sets. I had the ability to add even more sets to my daily routine. The crash is not as bad as other pre-workout supplements that I have tried in past. Gains in mass and size are noticeable after 1-2 ,weeks, this supplement carries almost all the ingredients needed for recovery as well as the energy and focus before a workout. The pre workout is amazing. Since I got it, i have had the best pumps. My progress has been amped up. The energy boosts have felt amazing in the gym. Im generally a tired person, so its making it easier to make it through my workouts.
