Super thin, as a bigger girl I would say that they are comfortable, the fabric is soft. I’m 5’5-5’6 and they are too long for me but easy enough to cuff. They are cozy and I will be wearing them but they are not go out in public cute. I have large thighs and they start to drape at a weird part of my thigh.
Moral of the story, they are comfy, they are light, they are long. The waist band could be a tad looser on the XL, the pants are but the waist band isn’t. It doesn’t hurt but It does dig in ever so slightly.
