Honestly this camera is clear, picks up human detection very well and i can hear ppl at my door clearly and vice versa. You have to purchase the cloud storage for each device. I wish i can have the cloud storage for all devices on the network cause it can get pretty pricey if you have multiple cameras, which is why i put 4 stars. But i use the storage for my front door camera which gets way more action not the balcony camera since im on a high floor and that works for me. Balcony camera is only for visuals dont need the doorbell.
