PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. If your phone has a magnetic suction function, do not use a regular phone case. Instead, use a dedicated magnetic phone case.
2. If your phone does not have a magnetic attraction function, use a charging cable to charge it.
3. When using a magnetic power bank to charge a phone with magnetic functionality, lower the small head of the power bank and attach it to the back of the phone, as shown in the image on the right.

1.Why is my device charging slowly when using the power bank?
●Please check if you are using a non-MagSafe compatible phone case. If so, remove the case before charging with the power bank.
●Please ensure you are using the power bank correctly. Align the magnetic ring symbol on the power bank with your phone's MagSafe charging location.
2.Why won't my phone charge even with the magnetic wireless power bank attached?
●First, please confirm that your phone supports wireless charging. If your phone does not have wireless charging capability, you cannot use the power bank's wireless function and must charge your phone using a cable.
●If your phone does support wireless charging, please check that the power bank's magnetic ring symbol is correctly aligned with your phone's wireless charging spot during use. Improper alignment will prevent normal charging.
3.Why won't the magnetic power bank stick firmly to my phone?
●First, please confirm whether your phone is compatible with magnetic/MagSafe attachment. Currently, only iPhone 12-17 models have this built-in magnetic function; most Android phones do not.
●If you are using an iPhone 12-17, please check if you are using a phone case while trying to charge magnetically. If so, remove the case. Non-MagSafe compatible cases can interfere with the magnetic connection and strength.
