Don’t do it! I ordered 9 curtains. I ordered the 95” but the curtains are only 93”.
Because of this I have been trying to return the curtains. After printing labels and dropping off at FedEx, they sent the curtains back to me! I have been trying to speak to customer service to find out what’s going on but they keep deleting my messages or ending the conversation online. They won’t give a phone number to speak to someone. This is crazy business practice. Looks like I’m out over $200!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I spent $400 on a total of six panels issued a refund unopened for all six. I returned them only received credit for two of them per the QR code that was given to me when doing a refund. Been trying for three days. I have over two hours on the phone each day, trying to contact somebody. If the line picks up , it disconnects. When choosing the return option , it just gives you instructions to sign into their main account. Impossible to talk to someone real. Don’t waste your time or money
