The product is great and no complaints but when I ordered it, promised holiday refunds and gifts were said and I didn get anything back so customer service and community is three stars but the product itself is a round four and a half. Also I am mildly disappointed with how expensive the sweatshirt was even after black friday sales.

Terrible sweatshirt - we buy and wear oversized sweatshirts and hoodies but this one in XS fits an elephant. More importantly the company charges you extra when you try to send it back. Taxes and a ridiculous restocking fee. So you end up paying DOUBLE for a piece or clothing you can’t wear and do not own. Terrible service and rude customer service clientele.
