I have always had issues with low Vit D. Even with wholefood multi vitamins, lots of sunshine, and ask the things dr would tell me to do. Since starting these a little over a year ago, all Vit D lab work is finally where it needs to be. I noticed I also do not get sick as easily. Love this product.
