All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include clear  photo or video proof** showing the item in unused, unopened, and original condition with all original packaging. Returns without proof will be denied.

If a return is accepted, the item must be shipped back within 3 days of approval** with valid tracking. Late shipments or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or refused entirely.
