*PS , WILL be buying again soon once this container finishes !! went ahead and tried it the first day I got it and this flavor is amazing, can definitely taste the passion fruit as well and very refreshing. As far as dosage took an about one scoop like like container says. The ingredients are safe and far better than any other creatines I’ve taken. Packaging is also very nice but also cute. It was easy to use and very useful that it came with a scoop and it wasn’t to hard to get out of the container either. As far as effectiveness I have to wait a few weeks to see any results but I will guarantee it does do something because my friend uses this creatine and her body looked amazing within the first 4 weeks so I know this creatine does wonders and works really well.
