I bought a Comfy for my sister. She loves it especially because she keeps her house on the chilly side. So when there was a BOGO sale I decided to get one for myself and one for a gift. There was an issue with the quality of the shipping for one of the Comfys. When I sent photos and an explanation, customer service was quick to answer and send another one. I have been enjoying mine a great deal. It is soft and cozy and toasty. I’ve even worn it to take the dog outside. It kept me warm when there was a cold breeze. I can’t wait to give the other one away.

Perfect gift for people who love to sit on couches and watch televisions with blankets. It is so warm and cozy on cold nights. The outside is SO VELVETY SMOOTH to the touch and soft. Having this for the end of winter has been the best thing to provide a bit of warmth!

I have two comfy's and I absolutely love them. I live in Chicago and it gets cold in the winter. I get out of bed and put them a comfy. I take a shower and get dressed and I put my comfy on over my clothes. I bought them for friends and neighbors and I absolutely recommend them.

The product itself is great, but I was originally sent the wrong item, which is fine, but they wouldn't send me a new item until I returned the old one, and when they did send it, they didn't do faster shipping like I requested. When other companies make this mistake, they would ship the replacement right away, ideally with faster shipping to minimize the impact on the customer for their mistake. Instead I had to go out of my way to ship the original back right away and wait twice as long to receive the right product, which is not appreciated during the holidays. Effectively they passed the inconvenience of their mistake onto me. Good product but I wouldn't recommend to my friends based on customer service.

I like my comfy original, but like the comfy dream better. This one seems so very much bigger than the other two that I have. It must be the sherpa lining but it feels very bulky. Dont get me wrong I still think it will be wonderful when its really cold out! I just know next time O will order the dream for better fit.
