Easy to set up. I put it right behind my washer machine connections to catch if any leaks happen. I'm happy to have to have it. It feels expensive too. Its great to have with the rest of the Eufy ecosystem.

Well built and seems to be very effective - tested by placing in puddle of water(not submerged)and the sensors activated instantly. Notfication via phone by far is fast. Just add battery, place cover correctly, add to system app and you are good to go. Price is at par - affordable. I'm adding more around the house i.e. under sinks and behind toilet seats. Good idea to place another one next to the water heater tank. Highly recommended.

You will never get your order and Eufy will refuse refunds. I had to do a chargeback with my credit card after 3 weeks of trying to get a refund or my order and being unsuccessful.

Tested it with water it worked. It notifies you with the area name you programmed it for (basement, etc.). Didn't test the freeze sensor.

I bought this after sending ahout of trying to see if it was stand alone. I have 4 other devices that are and work fine. So after I order it I found out that it needs a hub so I tried to cancel the order 2hours later waiting for 19 minutes then they hung up. I tried the next day and they could not stop the order. They said I had to pay for it to be returned for credit. So now I have a device that I can not use.

I have a number of Eufy products, including cameras that connect to HomeBase 2, and was looking for a solution that would let me know if my basement is collecting water. This low-cost addition seemed to be just the right solution. It was easy to activate and add to my ecosystem, and while I don’t look forward to ever being notified about a basement water intrusion, I'm comfortable knowing it has my back.

We have a history of drainage issues in the basement from tree roots and suffer from water backups. Adding to this joy, the laundry room has a North wall drain when winter temps reach single and below zero temps will freeze and water overflows into the laundry room. This sensor gives us a heads up when drain freezes and overflows and we can respond to the problem faster. Great job everyone!
