I was so exited to receive this volumizimg mousse, only to receive it in this condition. It arrived with NO NOZZLE installed rendering it useless. It wasn’t even broken off in the package, just straight up never had one to begin with. How can I possibly dispense any product now? I’m still not like I can even cut the container open cuz it’s an aerosol can. I am so disappointed with this experience. There is clearly no quality control protocol in place for something like this to be deemed adequate to ship.&I can bet my bottom dollar they will probably require me to do the ship back 1st hassle!
