My serum arrived very well-packaged and on time. It feels very light on the skin, unlike some other serums I have used. Very light. It does provide some good results! However, the graphic design on the produce packaging is not good - I really could not read the text with my glasses on. as white text on a yellow background is LOW CONTRAST and very hard to decipher. Compare that with another brand which uses HIGH CONTRAST imagery, so that we can actually read it. When I buy a new item, I like to read about it. Timeless does not care apparently if we can read it or not.....they are going for PRETTY. Well, as I learned in school. "Pretty isn't enough". If you can read it online better than on cardboard, it is because your screens are OLED (organic light-emitting diode): very bright with high contrast, not absorbent, matte cardboard. Please improve your trendy packaged design, Timeless! Thank you!

I have been exclusively using Skinceuticals vitamin C for over 10 years but kept hearing the hype about Timeless. So glad I tried it! This formula is very similar but more importantly it also gets results! It has evened out my skin tone and helped to reduce the hyperpigmentation , while also giving it a dose of moisture. And of course, the cost is much less than Skinceuticals. I’m 46 years old and my skin has never been better! If you’re on the fence, I’d say give it a try. Chances are, you’ll also become a long time customer =)

I’m on my third bottle and while my hyperpigmentation hasn’t lightened yet, my overall skin looks brighter and more clear, and it seems to be helping the “canvas” of my skin so that makeup is more easily applied without getting cakey. I just added a new product specifically targeted for hyper pigmentation spots, so I’m hopeful that the combo of these two will lighten the spots themselves. Thank you!

I’ve used this serum for about a week now, and I can definitely say that it’s made a difference in the glow of my skin! I apply it in the mornings right before my SPF and it’s has been a total game changer. I really love how affordable and effective this product is and I will definitely be repurchasing it once I run out. It’s a MUST HAVE!

This is my first time using a Vitamin C product. I chose it because it had the correct ingredients/concentration that dermatologists recommend for actual benefits. I was pleased that it didn't sting or burn my skin because I had read that some Vitamin C products can. The instructions say to pump out a few "drops" but it really doesn't form drops – runnier than that, and sometimes it squirts out strongly. So, be careful to never have it pointed toward your face when you pump it, because it could potentially squirt into your eyes. In terms of results – way too early to tell.

I’ve been buying the Timeless Vitamin C serum for a couple years now and I believe it’s a good product. I heard about it from YouTube Hot & Flashy channel. It's affordable and effective. It doesn't smell bad and it absorbs quickly. I wish they would put a transparent strip on the side of the bottle though so I know when I'm running low. That's the only negative, that I’ve run out sometimes and then I am scrambling to re-order. I apply this during the daytime after washing my face. Then I apply my other creams.

I’ve been using this for a few years and I really like it. It doesn’t irritate my skin, gives a nice glow and the L-Ascorbic acid is the main form of Vitamin C that helps promote collagen. I like the pump bottle container too. I pump about a week’s worth into a a small dropper bottle to use as needed and keep in a closed cabinet. I keep the rest in the fridge to help with oxidation and longevity. The ferulic ingredient doesn’t have a strong “hotdog water scent” either like some brands do. Timeless is always offering nice sales on their products too.

I’ve apparently been wasting time and effort trying different vitamin c serums drom every I ascorbic acid selling brand that’s 10% plus. This stuff actually comes fresh when ordered from the website and it works like vitamin c should, not slowly over time but a clear immediate benefit within the first few times of use. I’m fond of the hot dog water smell some serums have but this one lacks the strong scent and is clear.

Active living in the desert, my derm says, Vit C and Sunscreen and Retinol at night. I also need a good Vit C does not interfere or cloud contact lenses when using around the eyes. I want a simple routine that does it all and not think about it again. After lots of research, Timeless has it above all others. Reviews say it ranks with top dog brand SkinC. Then, you have the AMAZING customer support here! Since discovering Timeless, I'm a loyalist and advocate. Buy it, you'll use it and be happy. Don't think about it again. While I can’t speak to the products efficacy, I will say that it caused me to break out. I’ve tried many vitamin C serum’s in the past and never have this problem. Perhaps it’s the Ferulic Acid that my skin doesn’t like but either way I will not purchase this product again.

I read about how good this Vit C serum was so ordered it & I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now day & night. I have noticed a significant lightening of my sun spots on my face and décolletag and the serum has added a brightness & glow to my skin.

I've been using this Vitamin C for about a year and definitely notice a difference, even from previous Vitamin C serums I've used. The 20% is strong but doesn't feel that way on my skin, which can be very sensitive.
