As a general consensus, I do my best to keep my body healthy and clean so I can feel good about day to day activities. I’m not completely sure if it has boost(ed) my day but I don’t feel like garbage that’s for sure. I’d take this just to get your B Vitamins especially since there is no B12.

I honest don’t know if this particular supplement is doing exactly what it says on the bottle. That said, I have felt a boost in general wellbeing over these last several months of stacking several of Legion’s essential supplements. I don’t take the B complex in isolation, I take it alongside the vitamin D+K and the magnesium. Why do I give Legion the benefit of the doubt that the B complex is working? Because they’ve yet to let me down with a supplement. You can’t argue with the scientific evidence behind the supps they offer and the price, especially for this essentials line, is unbeatable.

I’m satisfied with this vit B. As it says, it is a complex from B1 to B12 in one pill making it easier to take instead of swallowing multiple pills. It also has CoQ10 in it, which is a plus. Regarding to taste, it has no taste or smell.

Product seems good so far. It does have a very strong flavour so be aware of that. I tend to taste it for a while after taking it. I'm also curious about absorption, since I am seeing it come out fluorescent on the other side!

I've given this a try to replace my usual vitamin B supplement. The ingredients and nutrient levels seem to slightly surpass the one I was taking, and it works just as well. I've felt my mood overall increase in the past when I started taking vitamin B, and this wasn't any exception with the slight possibility of a tad more energy on certain days. The body of the pill is a simple rounded capsule, which was different from my prior version, but fits well and was easy to swallow.

This is the most comprehensive B complex I've ever seen or had. However, the B vitamin taste and burps are gnarly. This taste will linger for a few hours and if you burp in that 2-3 hour window you will taste them again. I take a multivitamin and my diet is clean so I get a lot of my B vitamins from those facets; meaning I only take 1 pill and I still taste them through the day. The serving size is 2 capsules. I won't use these again for myself but I would recommend to someone who needs B vitamins or isn't taking a multivitamin.
