All to protect him was the tissue paper and that is ripped apart. This is a gift and it looks terrible. For so much $$ you would think they would package it with care and ensure a safe delivery. Very disappointed. The box came with scratches on one side, fur attached to one of the stickers, and a rip on the top of the box. This seems like it was previously returned or tampered with. Customer service just wants to offer a 9$ coupon! When I order an item that says new I expect it to be new and prestine. I think I’m going to return it for a full refund instead.
