Bought this (S330 Doorbell) believing it works with Home Base 3 and it does not. I am disappointed that it doesn't. Tried to get help with Eufy's chat before buying and never got a response. I was really hoping to get a fully integrated system with the Home Base 3. The door bell does work but not the way I expected.

Don't buy it! My doorbell camera got extremely hot and went offline. I bought the camera less than 3 months ago (from their own site) and my will not warranty it without the original box. Are you kidding me? I dont keep all my boxes to all my products. I would have thousands of boxes then. Basically their warranty is a complete lie. They send the same support email to you give up. That is how they operate. Go somewhere else. You have been warned.

Getting it connected was not that challenging but since it will not connect to the Homebase 380, or ring through the indoor cameras you likely need more than one chime. They don't appear to sell these additional chimes (T8742) anywhere which is extremely frustrating. I spent a good amount of money getting all of the Eufy security items, and this one thing is enough to make me want to return it all. I had an ecobee system before, and the indoor cameras were garbage, but the doorbell did ring through them every time it was pressed.

Excellent cameras give sharp images. Contractor installation was easily estimated and accomplished for this wired video doorbell.

Will not connect to my WiFi for just a few minutes and camera was very cloudy. It kept wanting me to buy something else to set it up. It was replacing another brand video doorbell that had bad night vision so it should have had everything it needed to work.

Overall easy setup and installation. Videos are of excellent quality. Like being able to have local storage and no monthly subscription. If you have a large or noisy house recommend two chimes

I purchased a "Dual Camera Double Security" from eufy. After my new front door was installed I paid a professional to install my eufy security camera, After installation it worked fine in the afternoon and I thought all was good with the product. That evening after darkness, my doorbell began to ring incessantly. I was forced to disconnect the eufy security completely to have peace in my home. My wife is was very upset because now we have NO doorbell at all. The professional I paid to install the eufy device would not return because, it was a eufy security problem and that he had installed it correctly. He told me that eufy knew that they had a problem but, never addressed it in hopes that they could sell more products and services. Sure enough, I contacted eufy security and they knew of the problem and that it was probably beyond my capability to repair but unless I could verify what was happening they would not exchange or replace the unit. I will not pay a repairman, whom I have already payed to fix eufy security's problem. Again, I tried to contact eufy security's customer service and no resolution was offered. I buy your product to fix problems not to cause them. I gave up. eufy security will find their problems in the consumer market and that should do it for them.

Replaced an older single camera door bell with the Eufy dual camera and the difference is amazing.

The setup took me several tries and multiple days. Despite testing my voltage at the doorbell at 16.5 V the doorbell self test told me I needed more voltage and I had to replace the transformer. After this it was a process of trying to use the tiny QR code on the back of the doorbell per instructions, to get it set up, this took multiple tries. The motion sensor settings seem to work the same on mine weather it's at the highest or lowest sensitivity setting. The doorbell function works ok, but the alerts have some lag time. I'll update this after it's been in use for longer.

If you follow the instructions the installation is easy. Worst part was locating the existing transformer (found it in the attic) so I could upgrade to a new part with the specified amperage. The 2K resolution is great.

I stumbled around a bit with instructions. The instruction on downloading the app, I downloaded the wrong thing. Maybe they could have made that a bit clearer. A QR code i was supposed to scan from the back of the device…there was no QR code on mine. I was able to enter the info manually, but only after I got a flashlight and magnifying glass. It is up and running after an hour of fiddling around. Picture quality is first rate. Still getting to know the settings. All in all a good purchase.

Works now but for how long? This is my 3rd. Eufy in about 3.5 years. 1 was replaced under warranty with a REFURBISHED☹️ one. Then when the 2nd. One died I had to purchase the 3rd one because they would not do anything for me. This one will be the last eufy!! For me. The great part is you do not have to pay to see your recordings of events! Beware!

The doorbell works greats and has great video, but I’m disappointed it won’t work with the house doorbell chime. It only works with the plug in chime that comes with it, making my house doorbell chime obsolete. The plug in chime that comes with it, I can only hear it in the room it is plugged in at. My house doorbell chime I could hear in any room.
