To be honest this was my second one fora gift so I do love the product but the remote was broken and missing a battery coil contact and when I contacted the seller they gave me instructions on how to replace the coil myself when there was no coil with it to replace. All I wanted was a new remote and it seemed like they wanted me to take care of it myself. The video I sent them clearly showed no coil. Frustrating. Waiting to see if they replace it as they seemed to have offered too. I had already told them it was missing
