Characteristics: Plastic, heavy, shakes a person really good. 😊 Material: Plastic with little metal pad on its deck. Size: Decent size. It could stand to be just a couple of inches wider, but does ok for my wife.

This vibration plate is perfect for what I was wanting. It has speeds from 10 - 90, plus a timer that will slowly shut the plate down once you have completed the timed session. The plate has little acupuncture bumps that massage your feet. To be honest it can get a little intense at times, but I wear my shoes or socks when I don't want to utilize that option. It has an easy to use remote to adjust the intensity & time. I use it twice a day for about 10 minutes to get some lymphatic drainage. So far I am loving it.

I received it fairly quickly and is easy to learn . It helped me with a bad headache today!! I love the board. The only complaint I have is when you stand on it barefooted or with socks, it hurts your feet. I suffer from Neopathy and it’s very painful . Thought it would be smooth top.
