we took this apart multiple times to try to figure out why it would’t latch correctly and the issue persisted every time. Since it doesn’t latch the dump cart immediately lifts any time something heavy gets put in it. Customer service is also horrible. redirected multiple times and told to wait for a response. It’s now been over a week and they have stopped responding. The only piece of info I could get was that I would have to pay to ship this back. We ended up using straps to hold it in place but that makes it inconvenient as a dump cart. Spend a little bit more and get the one from Costco
