I love the feel of this serum! It brings me great comfort for my LS which is awful and this serum delivers the relief my skin needs! I love it! I am thrilled I found this fabulous new serum that I will continue to use as often as possible since it really makes a difference to how I feel throughout the day and night. I actually gave one of the travel packs I received with my order to my gyno today for her to check it out for her and her patients!

Dryness, itching and burning 🔥 with the skin of your pelvic floor? Your tissue changed, you need to support that tissue, it’s turning into a cactus. 🌵 @OurKindra has my favorite serum and lotion. Seriously. Buy them alone, buy them as a bundle. Just buy the serum at least. Seriously. You will thank me later. **please note this is NOT the same as lubricants, you need that too. This is daily use and can be used multiple times a day if you need it.

Vaginal dryness can cause a host of problems in your life. As estrogen declines, your vaginal tissue changes and suffers. You can experience itching, burning, increased UTIs, pain with your clothes touching you, and pain with intimacy. First - tell your MD about your symptoms and have them look at your pelvis. I want them to see your tissue and check the state of it. I see far too often women with lichen sclerosis that need care. (Just my PSA as a women’s health physical therapist) I also want you to know everyone is on a journey with their menopause transition, we have options for care. Some patients do want HRT, some do not. I’m a big believer of topical vaginal estrogen for women in menopause, but women can still have dryness when they are waiting for the HRT to kick in. Some women don’t want to do HRT, so this is absolutely helpful for them. Sometimes when you are postpartum your estrogen drops and you can also have vaginal dryness there too! This is an option for the 1 in 3 women that have dryness postpartum. If you use both the serum and the lotion, serum first, lotion second. This is not the same as a lubricant for intimacy, that’s different and you will probably still need that. That’s to reduce friction to prevent irritation to your tissues. I hope this helps and if you’re still reading this, I hope you find relief. ❤️ @OurKindra

#pelvicfloor #intimacy @OurKindra is my favorite brand for the serum and moisturizer if you want to try a non-hormonal option. Please talk to your MD if you are suffering. Don’t wait one more day to call the office, call your MD. ❤️ Love, the woman who doesn’t want you to have burning down there from dryness. I do have a discount code with Kindra, it’s WENDY

I’ve used these products for years with my patients (I’m a women’s health physical therapist.) These two products by @OurKindra are a great complement to other treatments. It’s also a wonderful non-hormonal option for those who can’t do topical v estrogen. So there is the V serum and the V lotion. I love the serum personally, but sometimes people love to use both. Serum first, then moisturizer. I can’t tell you enough: please talk to your MD about your dry, itchy cactus. Please! The further you get away from menopause the more the dry v compounds, it only gets worse. I’m not even kidding, I wish I was. Save your tissues, please. It’s not a gimmick, this is real deal. Maintaining healthy tissues down there helps you stay away from bladder infections. It helps you feel like you. Maybe you have never heard of the genitourinary symptoms of menopause, but you should. Talk to your MD. Please. ❤️ Love you bye. 😘

@OurKindra is a brand I have used for years with my patients. I truly love this v serum and v daily lotion. It’s non-hormonal, but don’t get me wrong, I am believer of topical vaginal estrogen for women over 45 in the menopause transition. However, that is used twice a week, this can be applied more frequently, like twice a day. For my patients that currently have a dry pelvic floor, this provides relief to them. Sometimes women don’t have access to their MD for months, sometimes they didn’t get to their MD in time and we are trying to play a game of catch up. So with that being said, there are women that this will change their life. If you know, you know. This is NOT a lubricant for intimacy, that’s different. This is a daily use skincare to help keep the tissues moist, because remember hydrated skin looks younger and acts younger. Dry skin tears and then burns. Dry skin is itchy. Dry skin makes you feel crazy. So please talk to your MD about your dry and itchy skin. Please have a conversation and don’t be embarrassed. I’m a women’s health physical therapist and treat pelvic pain. This is such a simple idea that makes such a difference. The bubble bath is non-scented and is formulated for the right pH of your intimate tissues. Your body wash, your soap, that bubble bath you use can be irritating you. This will not irritate you. When using the V serum, remember serums go on before moisturizers in skincare. So if you are using both: serum first, lotion second. They can be used twice a day. Hope this helps! If you shop Kindra, you can always use the code WENDY for a discount. ❤️ #tiktokshopblackfriday #BFCM #healthandwellnessdeals

Dryness leads to itchy and burning at your pelvic floor, I love you and don’t want you to experience this. As women go through hormonal fluctuations their vaginal tissue can become dry. This product by @OurKindra is a non-hormonal serum and lotion I’ve used with my patients. This can be combined with HRT, this is not a replacement for HRT, but can be an option if someone is unable to take HRT. If you are in menopause, please talk to your MD about your pelvic floor. Please have them check your tissues. Too often I see women that no one has visually checked their pelvic floor, please don’t wait. Do something if you have dryness.

Keeping your skin healthy is keeping you comfortable. These are non-hormonal products that can be used in conjunction with HRT or used alone. In my patients with dryness and pain, this can be used more than once a day to provide relief as we wait for HRT to work to heal the tissues. I like my patients to have options and to know what is out there. @OurKindra is the brand and my patients really love these two products. Have you tried them? The V serum is my favorite.

I’m a big believer in vaginal estrogen, ask any menopause doctor, ask any women’s health physical therapist: the pelvic floor needs to stay moisturized. So what if you’re doing hormones and still dry? What if you’re so dry it’s irritated? You’re waiting for your hormones to change the tissue but it takes time. Or maybe you’re postpartum with vaginal dryness (1 in 3 women will experience this postpartum). Or maybe you’re being treated for breast cancer and you’re vaginal tissue is really taking a hit with that aromatase inhibitor. Sometimes people need options and I want you to know your options. @OurKindra is the brand I’ve recommended for years to my patients, I love the serum the most. However some people need to use the serum and moisturizer. Buy the bundle and say, see which one you love most or maybe you use both. Remember serums go on before moisturizers.

Dry skin isn’t fun, it’s even worse when it’s at your pelvis and it’s even worse as you age! If you have dry skin, it can become itchy. If you’ve seen your MD and you’re good, it’s just dry skin - might I introduce you to what me and my patients love: this due of a serum and moisturizer for the 🍑. I love topical estrogen, however this is a compliment to that treatment. This is a non-hormonal, pH balanced for those sensitive areas. This is not the same as a lubricant. You will still need a lubricant for intimate times. This can be used more than once a day. So as my women wait for their skin to heal and return to normal, this is their best friend. I’ve used this for years with my patients. I give out samples in clinic, no one talks about this. I do. I ask every patient about vaginal dryness, even if you have a Frozen Shoulder! Women suffer in silence, I’m here to help you know that you don’t have to settle. You can feel better. This duo of V relief Serum and V relief moisturizer is by @OurKindra #tiktokshopblackfriday #tiktokshopcybermonday

@OurKindra makes a daily serum and moisturizer that can be used multiple times a day to help protect the skin of the pelvic floor region. Yes, vulva skincare is real. Now you should talk to your MD about your dryness and itching. You might need topical estrogen, but you might find you’re not there yet for needing it. You might find it’s not enough to help hydrate those tissues. You might be postpartum. You might be postmenopause. You might be going through cancer treatments. Whatever the cause is, talk to your doctor. Make a plan for your skincare, this might be for you if you do experience dryness and itching. My patients love it, my favorite is the serum.

Menopause, especially postmenooause, is a time to lean into hydration of your tissues. Intimacy can be painful, dryness can cause itching. Hydrated skin acts healthier, it’s more likely to be pliable. We want your pelvic floor to have everything it needs to be successful. Topical vaginal estradiol is a game changer for women in menopause. It helps keep the tissues healthy, but this is used twice a week. Sometimes there is still dryness and you need more relief. This is where you can use either/or a vaginal serum or moisturizer. You can even use both! I say this as a women’s health physical therapist who helps women with pelvic floor dysfunction and daily habits to help maintain pelvic health. I encourage women to have a conversation with their MD about their pelvic floor health. If you’re leaking, you can see a physical therapist to help you establish a pelvic floor routine. We also help women with urgency, along with incontinence. We help women with pelvic pain, pain with intimacy. So talking about daily habits to help your pelvic floor is something I’ve done for 20 years. Here are my favorite tips: 1.) wipe front to back, we don’t need that e.coli near the uretha. 2.) Cotton underwear is best. 3.) Please don’t go to the bathroom just in case. 4.) If you have pain, discharge with a foul order, go to your MD. Do not delay. 5.) If you’re in menopause, ask your MD about vaginal estrogen. 6.) I would rather have you do 5-10 quality pelvic floor squeezes instead of 100. 7.) Walking and lifting helps strengthen your pelvic floor. 8.) If you have irritation with your pelvic floor and pants/underwear hurt to wear, dresses with no underwear is your answer. 9.) Lube is need for intimacy if you have dryness, this is not the same as estrogen, serum or moisturizers. 10.) Coconut oil can be a problem, especially if you have BV. 11.) BV is a two way street: your partner needs to be treated too. 12.) 1 in 3 women will leak through their clothes, have a extra pair of pants and underwear in the car if you are worried. 13.) I use the Daily V serum daily, it helps! I use it in the evening, then I use my estrogen. @OurKindra

Moist is good when it comes to the pelvic floor. @OurKindra has a serum for your pelvis and a moisturizer. It’s specifically formulated with the pH of the 🍑 in mind and can be used twice a day if you need more moisture. Dry = itchy = pain = 😭 Use the serum alone or with the moisturizer. Serum first, moisturizer second.
