It’s pretty flimsy I haven’t tried it out but definitely get half a size down , I had to put 3 pairs of insoles for it to fit perfect and I got half size up. Speaking of the insoles they are not the greatest but they still look good and feel not as bad when you make it fit. Good luck

I was given the wrong item, and one of the cleats arrived in poor condition. The inside of one cleat was noticeably dirty and stained, as if water had been inside it. The other cleat did not have this issue. Because the item was both incorrect and not in acceptable condition, I’m requesting a replacement or refund.
