Bought the Sandstorm Ultimate bra. It arrived missing the laundry bag shown in the product photos. It also pills severely on the straps after just 2 uses. The pilling is permanent and is very unsightly.

I horseback ride and this bra holds me in so well. Running is no longer painful. It's the only sports bra I'm not self conscious about wearing in public, no uniboob! I wasn't sure what size to get, I measured right between a 2Luxe and 1Luxe. I went with a 1Luxe cause I've lost a lot of weight and have about 40 more pounds to go. I love that it's adjustable, hoping that it continues to fit once I've hit my goals. I do wish the zipper keeper fabric were on the opposite side, I think it would be easier to get on while keeping the fabric on the inside flat.

I never purchased one because the price was a little higher than I wanted to go for a sports bra.. but when I got pregnant and my chest got a lot more plump... my workouts became too painful to enjoy. I knew I had to finally get my hands on a SHEFIT. I did and not I feel unstoppable! Love this bra so much!

I've been eyeing the SHEFIT bras for a while but finally bought them when I realized they are nursing accessible! Checked all the boxes for me for high support, fits more busty size (36G), and able to nurse my baby by undoing the strap. This bra has also been nice through pregnancy/postpartum because the band and straps are adjustable to my changing body. Absolutely recommend!

This is by far the worst bra I’ve ever tried on. The band has zero stretch. I’m not exaggerating, there’s no stretch at all. I was measured at a bra shop so I know my measurements are correct. This wasn’t close to fitting. It runs very small. With it being so off the mark I’m not going to give them another try. I’m very disappointed and genuinely don’t understand how this has high ratings.

First of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to help me find the correct fit. I had to make a couple of returns because of a couple of things but I am glad to say that I finally received the one that fits great. The support is great and the color I really like. I was encouraged by a chiropractor to wear a sports bra but I said that the ones that I tried in the past hurt my neck and the suggestion was made to try one that zipped in front. This was to help with my shoulder impingement. Well it took a bit to get the size right but I am glad to say that I am not having issues with my neck at all in wearing the ultimate sports bra. I am very grateful for your help in finding the correct fit. Also I must say that I am also happy that I can convert this bra to a traditional one when needed. I would definitely suggest your company to others, but also suggest that it is key to make sure you measure to get the right fit and ask for help if you aren't sure!

Would be great if you aren't planning to wear anything over it for working out, but the seams in the middle of the cups show a TON under a normal shirt. Returned it for a medium impact (and the correct size) and the return was easy and the medium impact works perfectly for me!

I really don't know what to say. I ordered this one in a 2 Luxe, even though the next size up would have been a 1 Luxe, but this was suggested to me by a representative. But I feel it is too big for me. I am really wanting these to work. They are so well made. I am short waisted and where the zipper base is it had a pretty red spot. I don't know if this is normal. Also the top of the bra at the zipper area was bulky on the left and right and when I tried snugging it up it was way too much pressure on my shoulders and too high in the pit area. I am not sure what to do.

First of all, there are no issues with the products that were ordered. The issue is the very misleading and fraudulent shipping tactics that are used by this company. Reading other reviews left here I can see that I am not the only person that fell victim to this. The lack of customer service and the unwillingness to make a customer happy by doing the right thing, is certainly disappointing. This company does not tell you first and foremost that they reserve the right to take up to three business days to even ship a package. So if you choose to pay extra for 2 to 3 day shipping, then it could take up to six to eight days to even get your package. I ordered my package on Friday, December 19. I wanted to receive this package by Christmas so I opted to pay extra for 2 to 3 day shipping. Even though I ordered the package on Friday during regular business hours and did not wait till the last minute of the day, they still chose not to ship the package out until the following Monday because they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Even doing so, and shipping the package out on Monday, they waited to send the package to UPS until the end of the day. By the time they did that the package did not actually leave the UPS facility until 23 December. Needless to say, I did not receive my package before Christmas. I contacted SheFit and requested that they refund the extra money that I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping between that cost and what it would cost for normal shipping. I wasn’t even asking for them to refund my shipping cost altogether. I just wanted the difference between regular shipping and 2 to 3 day shipping. Because for all intents and purposes, I received regular shipping not 2 to 3 day shipping. After several AI based emails, I was contacted by an actual company representative through email. Ultimately SheFit refused to do the right thing and refund the difference in the shipping cost. This was not a greedy or unreasonable request, but they chose to lose my business over around $14. This was actually the second order I had placed with SheFit in about a month. I also had problems with the first order. I chose to do standard 3 to 7 day shipping, and when I received my tracking number it was a FedEx tracking number when the package was actually sent USPS. Therefore, I was unable to track the package and had to call the company to find out what the problem was, and that was when they informed me that the package was not being shipped Fedex. There are clearly some problems within this company, and that’s okay. Every company has some kind of issue. The real problem is refusing to do the right thing for your customers. At the end of the day this company is telling me, and everyone else, your money matters, but you, as a customer, do not matter at all.

I love this bra! It doesn't look like a bra for an elderly woman, but a well designed bra for an active person. It gives great support and comfort. It comes with a light pad to block anything from showing through.

We have been so pleased with not only this brand, but also their customer service. Both my teenage daughter and I have several of the sports bras and they are so convenient to be able to adjust based on level of activity. My daughter is a student athlete, so she’s able to tighten it when she runs for basketball practice and games. I have always had trouble finding the right size, and this bra allows you to adjust based on what you are doing that particular day! Lastly, I am very impressed with their customer service! One of my daughter’s bras started coming loose where it stitches together and they instantly replied to my email and sent a replacement, even though we were beyond the 30 day return window. I highly recommend investing in these bras!

I measured and it was indicated a 'luxe' was the size. It was maxed out on the adjustments when it arrived. I barely got it on after removing the cup liners. I am not returning it or exchanging or shopping for another. The measurements are not helpful.
