I love the dress so much! I fluctuate between 10-14 (38DD, 34 waist, 43 hips, 5’5) and the XL fits perfectly in all stages. Love the longer shorts, these help prevent chafing so much. It is so cute and flattering. The only thing I wish was a little bit different was that the straps were adjustable, as I wish I could adjust the support/amount of cleavage that is showing.

This dress is amazing. It’s true to size but if you’re thicker in the hips and thighs like me it might be easier to size up if you don’t want to have to jump and wiggle into this dress. Once it’s on it fits like a glove and shows off the curves nicely. I’m 5’5 and 230lb. I ordered an XL

I got this in country blue and it is now my favorite dress! It is so flattering and has great support . I wore it to a theme park and there was NO chafing, and that's hard to find in a dress. I am so happy with it 10/10 would recommend!

I bought this dress thinking there was no way I would keep it, just seemed a little pricey. I just had to try it on in person to prove to myself I didn't need it. Tried it on and fell in love, it's worth every penny. Honestly, I would buy it in every color if I could. I am going to wear a sports bra with it to run, but I wouldn't need to with any other exercise. The shelf bra is good for low and medium impact movement. I love that it instantly made me feel pretty and put together. The only note I would give is the top seam across the chest. I saw some reviews saying it doesn't lay flat and rolls down. I had that happen ever so slightly. Looking straight on, it isn't noticeable at all, but when I look down, I see it's slightly folded over. If you wanna feel pretty and powerful, this is your dress!

I am shocked by the stretchy comfiness of this dress. The pads in shelf bra are high quality, the shelf bra isn’t a restricted nightmare like many, the shorts are stretchy and buttery smooth. Now I want all the POPFLEX dresses!

Unbelievable!! Literally the best workout dress ever. No suggestions for improvement - just simply amazing. It washed great too - which is definitely not a given. I’ve so far worn it for Zumba - which it’s been great for. All Popflex stuff is incredibly high quality and thoughtful.
