My daughter (and I) love these pens! The ink looks like paint and writes very smooth! Fun to use. Just ordered second set. They do run out of ink fast but that does not bother us.

They have been pretty great and they actually smell really good, too. Some skipping when writing but I think I just haven’t fully broken them in yet to get a completely smooth writing experience.

My 11-year-old granddaughter loves the Ooly tutti-frutti gel pens. She spends a lot of time drawing with them in her Ooly black paper sketchbook. Great gift for children to promote creativity.

I used the pens over pigment ink and the coverage was perfect. The gel ink complemented the stamped image for an excellent picture. I plan to continue with this formula for my creations.

I like them because they are thin enough to hold them between your fingers so you can grab the color you that you need.

I couldn't really tell if there was a scent, to be honest, but that's not a deal-breaker for me. The colors are bold pastels - not as bright as the picture here (think: flash) but so great. I love that each pen has all the colors in it eventually. We actually used these as a valentine gift option for my daughter's class because they aren't allowed to give out candies. We took a picture and slid in the gel pen, making it look like she was holding the pen out. BIG HIT!!! I had to get a box just for my daughter, too - obviously. ;) We're all pretty obsessed with them. The ink flows immediately, and effortlessly. I was super impressed with the quality. They are NOT the gel pens of my youth!!! Much, much better.
