I just recently purchased this item , hasn't been a week & already the blade flew off & shattered into pieces, I requested for a replacement or refund & nothing, don't get me wrong it's a decent product & I'm assuming mines was one of bad defaults but till this day , not one rep has reached out

Isn't a very strong blower, blowing snow i would think as it shows would out of the question! Also there is no light on the battery when charging to tell u when the charge is complete , not sure how to tell if it's fully charged or not. Not sure I'll keep it. Disappointed! No instructions

Performance: Doesn't even have a brushless motor, my wifes hair dryer blows harder than this. Brushless motors do not make sparks internally. It would be so much better if it had a brushless motor. This needs to be made right, it literally says it has brushless motor. That is false advertisement.
