The thought of hot sauce made with Truffles was intriguing to me as an amateur cook. I'm constantly combining flavors and cooking down sauces with things people don't normally use... like Nepitella, Grecco wine, Yogurt, molasses and... Hot Sauce! I bought the hotter sauce because my wife loves HOT. Even the smell is something blissful. It is hot for sure, but the flavor is so pleasing I can endure it :) I'll be trying other flavors too and I've been telling my friends they NEED to get some TRUFF on!
