I received my hat and there were black stains everywhere. I contacted customer service and they sent me a refund. I asked for a replacement and they told me to go buy it again. Now the hat is $12 more than what it was before. I told them I would send the hat back for replacement and they can take their refund back. Horrible customer service and horrible business ethics. All I want was a hat.
