IMO this roller has potential with practice. Good removal under pits or arms. As far as legs go for me removal was patchy. The cord would be in a better position on the bottom vs the side. It was challenging to get the back of my calf. I noticed the wax can leak from the roller sides at 167-172°.

Honestly I’ve been struggling with waxing, Have tried multiple ways and no luck specially being inexperienced but this kit made everything so simple I love it!!!!

the product i received had been used before. After watching multiple reviews & seeing it comes ‘preloaded’ i didn’t think to open the machine so i simply connected it & started using it. after about 5 relatively small & thin strips i realized it wasn’t flowing out anymore, i thought maybe it wasn’t warm enough. so letting it sit for about 20 minutes & it still was not functioning, i figured i would open it to see if it was jammed, nope, there was no more wax & the pin was full of black wax. the machine did have some purple flakes on the roller but i figured, melted wax from the heat.

So I thought I was ordering the actual unit I steal these are refills. The seller sent me a message if I knew this and to respond and he would make the change. I responded and still only got the refill not the unit. Returning for a full refund

I love how easy and less messy this is to use. However, after one use, I lost the cotter pin. Hoping I can get a new one and figure out how to get more wax bricks. I do not see them on the Tress Wellness website.

Tried it on my leg and arm before I tired to do my armpit. It did not dry on the armpit it was gooey, I couldn’t pull off the strip. I had to scrape it off which caused a rash, not sure if it’s not meant to use in those areas but definitely going to return it

Was super messy when I used it. They give you 3 blocks but you go through it so fast. Definitely was a waste of money. The customer service on the other hand is awesome was super helpful and understanding

It is so expensive. I used three bars in my legs (from ankle to knee). One pack costs $40 and has only 4 bars. It is way cheaper to do it in salon.

Allows you to make thin/quick strips but I was only able to do bottom half of one leg with one block 🤦🏽‍♀️ They need to seller larger bundles of the blocks for this to be affordable and efficient

I am not sure if it is cost saving compared to the hard wax beads. The wax runs out quickly. It is definitely much more convenient to do. I’m not sure if I’ll continue using it.

Hard to use and goes through the wax blocks so quick, I've had to use about 3 for one leg. 5 stars for customer service though! This product may not be for me, but the wax pot is. Customer service was great, polite, and helpful with refunding me! Product could be easier for others though!
