I don't normally leave reviews but I am very impressed with Hanni's customer service. My first order of water balm leaked in transit and they not only replaced the item but sent me an additional travel size kit and a Hanni clutch with my replacement. Plus, the water balm and the splash salve have been a fantastic addition to my shower routine.

It was gifted by a friend and I had no idea what was a water balm. But I love it and the scent (hard to describe). I use it on damp skin before my regular lotion and it keeps my skin so soft. I had friends accidentally touch my shoulders and remark how soft my skin in. I use lotion EVERYDAY and this was a game changer. I wish they sold a refillable pouch. I hate purchasing the metal container and throwing them away.

I don’t like to take the time to slather lotion on my skin and then let it soak in, so the Water Balm mist is the perfect solution! I spray it on my arms and legs and gently rub it in and there’s no greasy residue. It’s the best! Smells wonderful, too , and I am very picky about scents.

I love this product. It’s such great lazy girl body care. The lotion is so lightweight but so hydrating and I’m obsessed with the scent. I really like to take this with me when I travel so I can quickly and easily stay moisturized while on vacation. I also love to use this on my legs when wearing a skirt or shorts before I head out the door. Keeps my legs shiny and hydrated without that thick, sweaty, feel lotion can have. I recommend this to everyone!

This stuff is so good,super lightweight, sprays on in seconds, and soaks right in without feeling sticky. My skin stays soft and hydrated, and I don’t have to wait around before getting dressed. The scent is fresh and a little floral, really clean and uplifting. It’s definitely more expensive than a regular lotion, but the convenience and feel make it worth it.
