I have Type 1-2 hair (very straight) and decided to try this product to get beach waves. I took it on vacation to an area with soft water and high humidity. I used the product as directed and got beautiful beach waves! (Seriously, like Blake Lively waves with little to no extra styling!) I came home to an area with hard water and less humidity and this product did not work the same. I barely got any waves. I will keep trying to style my hair with this product to see if I can get the beach hair I once had, but it definitely works differently depending on hair type and where you live/water hardness.
