I reached out, and Sol and Selene immediately took care of it and sent replacement items, which arrived within a week. Their customer service was very responsive, kind, and truly appreciated. On top of that, the quality of their products is outstanding. The bags are absolutely beautiful, well made, and incredibly useful. I’m absolutely in love with this tote. I love the color that I chose, which was the yellow. It’s perfect for springtime. It has so many pockets which is convenient. I even use it to take to the beach and throw it in the washer after and it holds up.
