Okay, so the title' a bit much but the truth is, these affordable little capsule' have made my ablutions much easier. For reasons I won't elaborate on, I take a number of supplements to help move food through my system. I've taken products with cascara sagrada for years, but when I found Total Colon Care-Fiber Cleanse life became a little better and there was alot less fear about eating certain foods. I'm fairly certain without it, I would have ended up in the emergency room at least once. If you are thinking about purchasing them I can tell you I have never had any problems with them, no aftertaste, and no explosions. Just nice and gentle and I tend to stock up on these so I'm not without and I can get a better price.

I first took 2 capsules and it caused really loose movement, so the next night I took only one and it was better. I have at least 2 movements a day with taking the one a day. The only thing is that it tends to cause some gas to set up at times. I may buy again because it do work. I hope I wasn't to graphic.
