This works fine for us on hard floors. But it doesn’t work at all on rugs. We tried on various rug styles and the brush stopped on every one.

Seriously, I have never bought something for so much money that ended up being such a piece of junk. Early into my time with this vacuum, it was fine. A few months in, it was malfunctioning. I had to do some troubleshooting and they sent a new filter, but it still really doesn’t function right. I asked for a replacement at the time, but they refused. This is supposed to be a pet vacuum but is constantly in high power mode collecting hair on the brushes and clogging. I have to do so much management just to vacuum my house. This vacuum was supposed to be exceptional but it has left me exhausted, frustrated, and kicking myself for making such a poor decision. Just goes to show, you can’t always trust reviews. If I had left one immediately after receiving my vacuum, I may have left a good one too.

Very disappointing. The vacuum does ok on bare floor, but pushing it on low pile carpet is a chore. It is does not have a good roller to move on the carpet. It also has no edge sweeping ability at all so it is necessary to use the edge tool around all baseboards, which increased the time to complete the goal tremendously. The collection basked is also very small so requires frequent emptying if you are picking up pet hair. But the biggest issue is that the battery lasts barely 20 minutes. I would need at least 3 batteries to get my small house vacuumed. The battery that was on the order page with the vacuum was not the correct battery and took way too long on phone to return it and for them to tell me that the battery I needed was out of stock on the website but I could order it from the warehouse with no discounts or sale price applicable and they are $90 each. If I need to sped over $300 more to be able to vacuum my whole house, I may as well buy a much higher rated vacuum.

This order has not been fulfilled! Was looking forward to getting my new vacuum, but two weeks later and it still hasn’t shipped. A shipping label was created right away with an expected delivery stated for only 2 days later, but after 2 weeks, still only says “label created” for the tracking status.

This is a great beautiful esthetically pleasing vacuum. Very convenient for a mother of 2 with 2 doggies. It picked up a whole bunch of nasty dirt and dust and hair that has probably been sitting in my living space since I moved in. It works great on carpets (shaggy ones too) and it is just so easy to go and vacuum effortlessly. The air even smells cleaner. The only reason why I took off a star was because of the battery life it does not last 40 min like Tineco advertises. I know that they sell extra batteries but I don't want to spend another $100 dollars on another battery. I have until January to decide if this is going to be a deal breaker for me.

Bought this to supplement my dyson upright vacuum. It's also one of the few handheld vacuums with a mini power brush which I want to use on stairs/upholstery. Suction is decent, the auto suction works, and you can hear it rev up and down as you're cleaning. Straight out of the box, I cleaned two flights of stairs (28 steps total I think) on auto suction and the battery went from 52% to 20%. The vacuum itself does the job so I'm happy with the purchase. Couple of things to note: The vacuum itself has to be connected to the charging base to actually charge. The charging base also doesn't have a spot to charge a second battery unless you buy the s15 ex And the s11/s12 hard wood floor brush is not compatible with the s15 (customer service confirmed, hopefully they make one for the S15). Better to buy the Costco's version (S15 Flex) as it comes with 3 more accessories for nearly same price.

Overall, a solid purchase, especially on Prime day. The S15s best feature is the pet hair brush-head, which actually works - my brush head remains hair-free. The S15s worst feature is its weight. I almost returned it because my back hurt a bit from pushing it around. If the handle height was adjustable (Id prefer it a bit higher), that would help a lot. Other Pros: * Great suction. Im constantly amazed at how much hair/debris this vacuum sucks up. * One brush head vacuums both carpet and hard flooring. (versus Dyson) * Decent battery power. I usually have 35% leftover after vacuuming 1200 sf apartment with 1/2 hard, 1/2 carpet, plus carpeted stairs. High suction mode depletes the battery super fast, but its rarely used. Plus, the battery is removable, so I can always buy an extra or a replacement. * Floor stand/charger: No assembly or drilling. * Auto shut-off charging, so I can safely & easily store vac & tools on the floor stand/charger. * Easy-empty dirt bin. Could be bigger, but I only empty it once in the middle of a full vacuuming session, so no big deal. * Easy to add/remove wand & attachments. (Vacuuming stairs is surprisingly easy without the wand.) * Easy-to-read display. Plus it displays the percentage charged while its charging on its stand and automatically shuts off at 100%. Other Negatives: * No beater-brush shut off. Beater brushes damage flat weave rugs, for example, so I need to haul out my heavy, corded vac for those. * No manual mode. Manual would solve the problem of auto mode flipping to its highest suction - and sometimes seizing up - on my Ruggable rug. No idea why it tries to devour this rug. My work-around is to only vacuum outward (versus back-and-forth). * Must rinse filter after each use. Easy & only takes a minute, but still annoying. Pretty standard with wand vacs, though. At least the S15 comes with an extra filter, so you dont have to wait for the filter to dry to vacuum again. * Power switch placement on the inner handle could be better. I sometimes shut off the power by mistake.

Finally found a strong cordless with floor charging dock that works great for a shedding golden retriever! Many require wall mount which I do not want. This is as good or possibly better than Dyson and other more expensive vacuums. Well worth the $499. Picks up better than my Shark which is also a pet model. Glad I purchased!

I have a pet salon , this is a Middle -High price product , and worth the price working pretty good with the Anti tangle brush head so far , i have no complain abt this product except the front two tiny wheels got stuck from the pet hair in the first day , which little disappointed since this product is made for pet hair users ~ , i think i have the point . i hope the company can give me advice here how to take the tiny wheels out and clean it , maybe over and over again , not sure if that helpful for long term but i would like to get help to remove the hair first .

Positives: Seems reasonably well built, fairly light, not annoyingly loud or shrill, attractive (as vacuums go). Easy to maneuver and good pickup on hard floors and very low pile rugs. The freestanding charging stand is a great feature vs. wall mounts. Decent value with the Amazon coupon at our time of purchase. Most of all..NO CORD! Negatives: On plush carpet or rug can be difficult to maneuver and does not seem to "fluff" the carpet the way a traditional vacuum would. And there is no separate setting for carpet, just the auto mode which adjusts suction as needed. I think the pickup is still OK, but this is a drawback. Not sure how this compares to Dyson etc. Bottom line: Our first experience with a cordless stick. We're not disappointed, as it is so handy for quick cleanups and the hard floor part of the house. But will continue to go corded on carpet.

For reference I have a two bedroom apartment. The vacuum will last charge wise if I move quickly throughout the rooms. If I need to take my time to make sure Im getting all the dirt and dust, it dies before Im finished. I will also say, this doesnt pick up anything larger than a grain of rice. I dropped uncooked Israeli couscous and the vacuum would not pick it up as the standing vacuum. It did pick it up when changing to the handheld version. Hair does not get stuck in the roller, but it does get stuck in the wheels a bit. I love the emptying feature. You can use the lever and to get a good clean you can remove the peices from the middle of the lever to make sure all of the dust is out. I have a dog and a cat so this sucks up ALL of the hair and litter. I love it. Con: the battery just doesnt last. Pros: cleans up pet hair no problem

This is the second tineco product I've purchased. I purchased the Tineco Pure ONE S15 Pet, have 2 cats and 2 dogs all have long fur, does a reality good job of picking up dust and hair the broom missed. I like the color it comes with a holder/ charging base that stores arrachments. I've purchased a fair few cordless stick vacuums there is still some pet hair tangling but no where as bad as others were. The dust canister fills up very quickly it could be about 2x its size.
